The Ranking System
Once an individual has been accepted into the clan they are able to gain recommendations for rank progression. These are the ranks and requirements to be promoted to this rank. Once an individual reaches the Rank of "Vanguard", they can no longer move up with recommendations alone, they must be promoted to a seated postion by their Squad Captain.
September 16th, 2010 - EDIT: After a Unanimous Captain's Vote, the ranking system has been tripled. Each Rank has 3 Sub-divisions now, Recommendations are not fully utilized and rank progression is entirely up to each Captain or the Head Captain if need be. The Head Captain must explain logical rationale to move up anyone not under his direct command.

END OF RECOMMENDATION SYSTEM:: BEGIN SEATED POSITIONS
After you have achieved 150 recommendations, you can no longer progress by recommendations alone. At this point, the Captain of each Squad hand picks members to be in the seated positions. Individuals with these positions serve as a hierarchy in the decision making processes associated with the Captains.
There are 8 total Position Brackets:
Head Captain: The Head Captain is essentially the leader of N1S. While they do not directly involve themselves with the inner-workings of individual squads, they look after the clan as a whole and perform administrative tasks. Can be overruled by a Unanimous Captain's Vote.
Captain-Commander: This position is for the Number 2 in command of all of the clan. This individual is appointed by the current Head Captain and must already be a squad captain. If something happens to the Head Captain, the Captain-Commander will assume that position. This is also a form of council to the Head Cpt, with many decisions being made by taking into account this officers opinions and intel.
Squad Captain: The Leader of their own squad, they handle all ranking, recruiting, and recommendations within their own squad. They are also responsible for voting on all Clan Issues. It is up to the Captain whether or not to include their Squad in the decision process. Furthermore, each Captain, while in charge of their own Squad, outranks all other non-captain Members. Subsequently, all members must obey the orders of all Captains. However, if an individual member's Captain disagrees with the order/punishment/etc. A Captain Meeting will occur to decide the outcome of the dispute.
Lieutenent: Second in Command for a Squad, takes the place of a Captain in positions when it is absolutely neccessary. Gathers information and runs the daily squad activities. Reports directly to their own Captain, but must follow orders of other Captains, unless they contradict orders given by their own Captain.
3'rd Seat, 4'th Seat, etc.: A further seperation of the exact ranking of each member within a squad. DOES NOT HAVE SAY OVER OTHER SQUAD'S MEMBERS, however they do have say over members of their own squads that are either seated lower than they are or are unseated ranked members.
Advisor: A special position within each squad in which the member is a personal Advisor to that Captain. Is not within the regular member circuit, but acts more as a Council for the Squad. Only that Advisor's Captain can give them orders unless a Captain's Vote overturns that Captain's decision.
